It’s about rest and relaxation and enjoying your home (I love my home!) —a place you are often too stressed and busy to really enjoy. Prioritize rest and fun without excessive house chores/projects. Be “out of office” and stay out of office! 3. Playcation is when you stay at home and ONLY have fun! Recharge your batteries, fill your cup and enjoy life. 4. Short breaks are long enough to break from stress long enough to disrupt the body’s stress response cycle, and then get back into action. Take a hike/bike ride, watch a movie, meditate, spend time outdoors, etc. A good rule is that a short break every hour or so can help you stay productive throughout the workday. Everyone needs a break from time to time to relieve stress. Whether it is a long or short break, it is a valuable way to feel restored and refreshed. It is also essential to take short breaks periodically throughout the day to recharge your attention and productivity.
