Successfully complete the programme, and you can work towards Senior Vet, Branch Partner or Regional Operations Director There are many non-clinical career choices and options for pursuing academic opportunities such as Cert AVP’s. The Graduate Programme offers a salary of £35,000 with RCVS fees, VDS insurance and the first year of BSAVA membership paid for. You will join us on a four-day week rota and enjoy five weeks’ annual leave, plus bank holidays.
