Vetnuus |Oktober 2020 16 SAVA News I SAVV Nuus On 28 September 2020, it wasWorld Rabies day where various industries worked together to educate people about the importance of vaccination and how this zoonotic disease can be prevented and eradicated. SAVA, together with the South African Veterinary Council, the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development (DALRRD) and various other associations and industry bodies implemented a media awareness campaign about rabies.
